Welcome to Animal Inc., where you’ll climb the corporate ladder in a beastly good card game about the not-so-fair rise and fall of modern working life. Will you outwit your colleagues and claim the role of CEO, or will you remain stuck as an intern?
How to Play: Animal Poker is played in multiple rounds, allowing players to decide how long the game will last. Each round begins with players seated according to their roles at the Animal Inc. table hierarchy. The trainee deals the cards, but as in real life, the higher-ups at Animal Inc. have their perks—they swap their bad cards for the good cards of their subordinates.
The boss begins by playing one or more cards of the same number. Subsequent players must either match the number of cards, play a higher number, or choose to pass their turn. The trainee is stuck cleaning up all the played cards at the end of the round. The game continues until the final round, where the player holding the highest-ranked position wins.
